How long will it take to receive my order?
We understand how exciting a new purchase is, and endeavour to fulfil all orders within 2-3 business days. Books can take up to 14 days to reach you after being shipped from our printer—they come hot off the press!
I’m curious about your Author Mentorship but don’t feel ready to commit, can I speak to someone first?
We understand that before agreeing to any financial or time commitment that you need to feel completely assured. We offer a fifteen minute complimentary discovery call with our founder Courtney, to ensure you feel aligned with what we offer, and to ask any outstanding questions regarding the commitment and expectations. What if I decide I do not want to publish during my Author Mentorship?
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, nerves get the best of us, or we are simply not ready—that’s okay! Whilst we do not offer refunds for the Author Mentorship, should you choose to hit pause halfway through (or even one week in), we will happily pick back up where we left off, with no further charge, when you are ready.
Do I have to have experience in writing to apply for the Author Mentorship?
We welcome writers at any stage in their career to work with us and understand that not everyone is ready for, or interested in publishing. If you are just getting into writing, or are seeking support without the deadlines, we invite you to explore our Find Your Voice Mentorship.
I would prefer to meet in person for my feedback sessions, can I?
Courtney will work with you closely to ensure that your needs are best met, and should in-person meetings feel more supportive will happily schedule this with due notice—please note scheduling can be tight and in-person times will have less availability.
I love your blog and want to contribute, can I?
Whilst we do not formally advertise and accept submissions for our blog, we love sharing other writers’ work and building community. For any pitches outside of the Author Mentorship please email submissions@forthelovers.com.au and we will be in touch!
