Please note: we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, proof must be provided on the day of delivery so we can sort out an exchange or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We pack and ship with love, and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on where you are based, but you will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

All orders are processed within a few days unless otherwise stated (for example, if it is a preorder). Please double-check your shipping details at checkout—we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address.

If your order arrives damaged, let us know on the day of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right.
